Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on weekends and holidays as well.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1-2 business days.
- Delivery within Europe typically takes 2-4 business days.
- International shipping is also available, with delivery times of approximately 3-6 business days.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- Fits4You is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Fits4You is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
